I did commissions for custom sneakers, and through that experience, it gave me the opportunity the combine my fashion aesthetic and design expertise into one. Because of this, I was able to learn the mechanics and intricacies of sneaker design. Sneakers became my new painting canvas, and a vessel for my heritage and culture to thrive.
